Before reporting a problem
- Confirm the page uses HTTP or HTTPS and that site access is granted.
- Reload the page after installing or updating the extension.
- For a rate or quota limit, disconnect and sign in with another ChatGPT account that has available Codex usage.
- If an action repeatedly fails, stop the run, reload the page, and use a more specific instruction.
- Chrome internal pages, browser settings, extension pages, and inaccessible frames cannot be automated.
What to include
Share the extension version, Chrome version, affected site origin—not private page content—the visible error, and the last successful action. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment details, private messages, raw page HTML, or exported browser profiles.
Your data controls
Use Settings → Clear history to remove run summaries, Disconnect to remove the ChatGPT session, or Delete all local data to remove credentials, settings, and history.
